Caroline Cast, CPA

Caroline is a licensed CPA and management consultant with a background spanning audit, quality management, and operational strategy. She started her career at Deloitte in Audit & Assurance, and once in management began managing Executive Transition Labs through Deloitte's consulting greenhouse - helping C-suite leaders and their teams build strategic plans, set operational priorities, and align on direction.

That combination - technical accounting depth alongside hands-on work with leadership teams - shapes how she works today. She spends a significant amount of her consulting time with small and mid-sized CPA firms, alongside small business clients.

Her work with accounting firms began by helping a local firm with internal inspections, which grew into consulting on SQMS No. 1 - facilitating risk assessment workshops and building templates, first for that firm and then for others through word of mouth. The Peer Review Readiness Toolkit grew directly out of that work, and has been tested and refined alongside it.
