Caroline Cast, CPA.
Caroline is a licensed CPA and management consultant. She started her career at Deloitte in Audit & Assurance, then managed Executive Transition Labs through Deloitte's consulting greenhouse - working with C-suite leaders on strategy and operations.
Today she works with small and mid-sized CPA firms and owner-led businesses across quality management, operations, and finance. The SQMS No. 1 Toolkit grew directly out of that work and has been tested and refined alongside it.
