Caroline Cast, CPA.
Caroline is a licensed CPA and management consultant. She began her career at Deloitte in Audit & Assurance where she worked for 7 years. She also spent several years at Deloitte managing Executive Transition Labs for C-Suite Executives on strategic and operational planning.
Today she works with small and mid-sized CPA firms and owner-led businesses across quality management, operations, and finance. The SQMS No. 1 Toolkit grew directly out of that work and has been tested and refined alongside it.
